Notes on remote token types:

  • Hardware token passcode is a combination of your PIN + the 6 digit tokencode (no spaces between).
  • Software tokens use an app on your smartphone: the RSA SecurID app will generate the full passcode (8-digits).

ALERT for Users with RSA Hardware Token: Your RSA Hardware token COULD expire on September 29, 2023 at 6pm MDT

If you have an RSA SecurID Hard Token, please check the back to see if it expires on 09/30/2023. If it does and you have yet to receive an email from Identity Management, please inform your Netcare Access Administrator or Primary Custodian ASAP to ensure access post September 29th. If the site is setup with AHS IAM access, inform them that they’ll need to submit a Request or Modify access request online and ensure the email address field is completed. If the site is using the paper-based process to manage Netcare access they’ll have to submit an Amend Netcare User Registration Form, also known as a URF form for continuation of RSA token access.
