As of September 1, 2025, the RSA SecurID soft token will become the required option for Alberta Netcare Portal and related systems, supporting more secure, convenient, and streamlined two-factor authentication. This applies to new users that require a new token and to existing users requiring token renewal. In both cases, users will receive a soft token. For RSA token related issues, contact RSA Remote Token Support at 1-844-542-7876.

NOTE: ** Users who currently have a hardware token, may continue to use those tokens until the expiry date listed on the back.**


Passcode Note:

  • If you have a software token, enter your PIN into the RSA SecurID app on your smartphone. The 8-digit code that is generated is your passcode.
  • If you have a hardware token, your passcode is your PIN + 6 digit tokencode (no spaces between).
